Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY In order to NOT be charged a cancellation fee, we will now require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Please understand that when you forget or need to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. If your appointment is on a Tuesday, please cancel by sending a text/leaving a voicemail or an email. 48 hour cancellation- No Fee 36 hour cancellation- 25% Fee 24 hour cancellation- 50% Fee Same Day Cancellation-75% Fee No Show/No Call- 100% Fee REFUND POLICY We do not issue refunds on Salon Services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 7 days of your service.
